We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase & have made our return & exchange system very simple.
If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item, simply return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Use your original order number as your Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and specify on the return & exchange form your instructions.
We recommend that you email or phone us if you would like to exchange the same style for a different size. This way we can let you know exactly what is available and put it on hold for you.
When returning goods, you must ensure that they are not damaged in any way and are in the original condition they were sent from our wear house in. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return.
PLEASE NOTE: We Do Not refund on sale items.
Exchanges
***PLEASE ENSURE that if you are sending an item back to be exchanged, that you include a Self Addressed Express Post Pack to send your new item back in. Your new item will not be sent out without this.***
Refunds
We will refund 95% of the purchase amount. (There is a 5% surcharge to cover the double up in credit card transaction fees)
Credit Notes
We will issue a credit note for 100% of the purchase amount.
Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are damaged in any way, or are not the items that you ordered we are more than happy to refund or exchange the products. Please phone us on 07 5477 5357 and we will organise a pick up.
